Terms And Conditions

Name:

Please ensure that the name you provide is spelled identically to your passport: You agree to authorize the ticket issuer to charge your credit card number the amount that is shown as the Grand Total.

Flight Reconfirmation:

It is your responsibility to re-confirm all flights booked for you including outbound and return flights with the relevant airlines at least 72 hours prior to the commencement of your journey; unless specifically informed otherwise by that airline. We accept no responsibility for bookings cancelled due to non-compliance with rules set by that particular airline. We also take no responsibility for any flight rescheduling en route.

Baggage:

It is important that you are aware of baggage restrictions that are being imposed by each airline in order to avoid excess baggage costs.

Passports/Visas/Health/Requirements:

We will inform you of current travel documentation requirements if you so require. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the passport, visa, health and entry requirements of the countries you wish to visit and those that you transit (should it be for a re-fuelling or aircraft change). Many countries require that your passport should be valid for a period of (a minimum) six months from the date of your departure from the visiting country. We accept no responsibility if you should be denied boarding or deported due to non-fulfillment of the above.

Insurance:

We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover you for cancellation, health, baggage etc.

Fares:

All fares including taxes are non-refundable. Cancellation / Changes: If you need to change or cancel your travel plans, it is your responsibility to notify us in writing of such a request. As these tickets are discount tickets, which have restrictions on them and are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable. We charge a service fee for any changes to tickets. In addition to our charges, most airlines also have a penalty for any changes to tickets. If you are holding a booking which has been ticketed by us and you do not notify us in writing of your desire to cancel, this will be treated as a 'no show' and could result in you losing all that you paid.

Lost Tickets:

If you lose your tickets, it may be possible to re-issue them for a fee. The amount payable will depend on the circumstances of the loss and how close to the travel date you discover it. However, not all tickets can be re-issued; which is another good reason for ensuring you have sufficient insurance cover. Tickets will be dispatched to you in accordance with your instructions and we accept no responsibility for their delivery.
